It’s the middle of the week, and I’m working on week 2 of the couch25k training program that is going to take me from the couch to running (jogging/finishing) a 5 k this year!!!!
I did my training today and felt good “almost” the whole time. 🙂 I ended up walking 2.5 miles. Found a picture that reminded me of myself! I couldn’t resist! 🙂
