Plankie, plankie, plankie

I did another one today and held it for 25 seconds. Sh, sh, sh, shaking!!!! 🙂

Today was also my Day 2 of Week 4 of C25K. It went well!!! Yes, I can jog for 5 minutes now without stopping!! YEA!!!! 🙂

Now I’m resting on the couch for the rest of the night. 🙂

  2. Congrats on 25 seconds!! I am awful at planking maybe I should start timing myself too!

    • Well, I don’t know how in the world I held it for 25 seconds, because I tried it last night (after supper, with a headache, and with a cold) and could only hold it for 8 seconds!!!! 🙂
